Last updated: July 2026. These terms govern hardware orders and Sovra software subscriptions placed through sovraai.de.
Orders & pricing
Hardware prices shown in the configurator are estimates sourced from manufacturers and retailers and may change until invoiced. Software tiers are billed per device or per agreement as stated on your invoice.
Delivery
Typical hardware fulfillment is 5–10 business days after payment confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Software license
Sovra platform software is licensed for deployment on customer-controlled infrastructure. Reverse engineering, redistribution, or use outside agreed scope requires written consent.
Limitation
Sovra AI provides private AI tooling; customers remain responsible for compliance, safety validation, and production use in regulated environments.
